    To welcome our guests, we are offering welcome drink service at our lobby named “Misuzu Lounge & Bar.” There are draft beer, sparkling wine, juice and etc. Please have a luxury time while listening to chanson surrounded by thirty million books.

  • Delicious Spring Water from Mt. Kita-yatsugatake

    Our hotel is using only spring water from the foothill of Mt. Kita-yatsugatake. Just by turning a faucet, you can get the fresh spring water. Please enjoy the delicious water anytime.
    (Under the guidance of healthcare center, the water is chlorine-disinfected.)

    

  • Kid’s meal

    Kid’s meal is for a child as Child’s Rate B, Child’s Rate C, and Child’s Rate D. A child as Child’s Rate A is served the same meal as adult meal. Kid’s meal includes popular foods like Hamburg steak, fried prawn, salad, curry, puddings and etc. We can change the meal for both of children and adults who have allergy, so feel free to contact us.

    An elementary school child who eats the same meal as adult meal

    Child’s Rate B : 50% of adult’s rate

    An elementary school child who eats kid’s meal

    Child’s Rate C : 30% of adult’s rate

    Child’s Rate D : 3,000 Yen (+tax)

    A child under the age of 3 who eats kid’s meal

    Child’s Rate E : 1,500 Yen (+tax)

    A child under the age of 3 who does not need meal

    

  • Lunch Service For Consecutive Stay

    For guests staying more than two nights, we prepare a small lunch. Tateshina Shinyu Onsen is a hotel where you can have luxuryl and relaxing time while reading book surrounded by thirty million books, and healing your body in hot spring. You can feel free to stay our hotel with no need to worry about your lunch.

  About Emergency Exit And Evacuation Route

  Although we are taking all possible measures to disaster prevention, please make sure where the emergency exits, the evacuation routes and the fire extinguishers are for a rainy-day.

  Please follow the instructions of staff in emergency. (You cannot use elevators in emergency.)

  About Hospital

  It takes about 20 minutes to general hospital by car. Ambulance arrives our hotel in about 15 minutes.

  Feel free to use the refrigerator in your room. You can buy drinks at our souvenir shop (close at 20:00).

    As for those who choose our accommodation to celebrate their special days, such as birthday, wedding anniversary or other special days, we'll be appreciated and prepare a little present for you.
    While you determine to stay our accommodation, don't forget to tell us your stay is for celebrating purpose before a few days of the accommodation date.

    We can prepare a flower arrangement according your budget. Also we will answer to your request of the way to surprise your partner like how to give it. We will support to make best situation to give it.
