    Upon arrival, we offer a complimentary drink with options such as draft beer, sparkling wine, and juice in the lobby named Misuzu Lounge & Bar to welcome you to Tateshina Shinyu Onsen. We invite you to relax in the mature ambiance surrounded by chanson music and 30,000 books.
    (Complimentary drinks are served from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.)

    

  • Delicious spring water from Kita-Yatsugatake

    We use only spring water from the foot of Kita-Yatsugatake that has been filtered through the ground. When you turn on the faucet, fresh spring water will come out! You can enjoy this delicious water at any time.
    (The water undergoes standard chlorine-sterilization as directed by the health center.)

    

  • Kids’ meals

    We offer kids’ meals available in three rates: B, C, and D. Children for whom rate A is selected will be served adult meals. Kids’ meals include Hamburg steak, deep-fried shrimp, salad, curry, pudding, and other items that children enjoy. We can also arrange meals for children (as well as adults) with allergies upon request. Please feel free to ask.

  • Lunch service for guests staying consecutive nights

    For guests staying consecutive nights, we offer a small lunch service upon request. Tateshina Shinyu Onsen offers the luxury of being surrounded by a library of 30,000 books and soaking in the hot springs after a long day of reading so that you can read even more. We want you to relax at the hotel without needing to worry about lunch.

  Emergency exits and evacuation routes

  Although we take every precaution to prevent disasters, please be sure to check the location of emergency exits, evacuation routes, fire extinguishers, etc. in case of an emergency.

  Certification mark

  In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the hotel staff. (Elevators will not be available for use.)

  There is a general hospital located roughly 20 min away by car. An ambulance would take roughly 15 min to arrive.

  Please feel free to make use of the refrigerator. Beverages are available for purchase at the hotel shop (until 8:00 p.m.).

    Flowers are available according to your budget. We also meet requests regarding how to present the flowers. We are happy to help you in creating the optimal situation.
